The prioritization only speeds up our internal processes; the shipping method corresponds to DHL standard shipping and does not include increased priority at DHL.

Let us know via email or live chat that you would like to return your bracelet and we will send you our returns form.
Send us your bracelet with the printed and completed return form within 60 days of receipt.
We will process your return as quickly as possible and guarantee that it will be assigned to you using the returns form and we will refund you 100% of your purchase amount.
Packaging:
Your bracelet will be lovingly packaged in an environmentally friendly Speedbracelet gift box. Your package will then be sent directly to your address from Potsdam using FSC-certified, environmentally friendly cardboard.
